Baccarat proudly presents its first collection of residences to the Miami market. Illuminated by the infinite shimmer of the sun, this soaring tower will stand radiant on the waterfront where the river meets the bay, in the heart of the bright lights of the city. Combining the sparkling vitality and magnetic dynamism of Brickell with enlightened design and artful service, residents can expect a lifestyle infused with unexpected delights and inspired brilliance.

Famed French crystal company Baccarat is opening its second-ever residential tower, this time in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.

Baccarat Residences Brickell is the first-ever collaboration between Related Group and SH Hotels and Resorts and globally renowned architecture and design firms, including Arquitectonica, Meyer Davis and Enzo Enea, are signed on to the project.

The 75-story high-rise tower is slated for completion in 2024 and will have 360 luxury homes, including condo residences, penthouses and riverfront villas in several layouts. The waterfront tower gives residents direct access to Biscayne Bay and the Miami River, in addition to beautiful views over the water and of the Miami skyline. Not only is the location one of the most coveted in all of Miami, but Brickell is the latest Miami neighborhood to welcome high-end development, including a brand-new city center and more.

“As homeowners become increasingly discerning, we continue to find new ways to up the ante. While we always strive to outdo ourselves when it comes to amenities, it is the top-tier services on offer at Baccarat Brickell that will truly set it apart. By aligning with SH Hotels & Resorts on Baccarat Residences Brickell, our residents know that their lifestyle will center around ease, with an endless roster of curated services to make life easy and enjoyable. We’ve been honing this approach for the last several condominium generations and are poised to make this our most luxurious product to date.”

Jorge Perez, CEO and Chairman of Related.

Residences range from 1,330 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet, and each will be accessed via private elevator. The duplexes, penthouses and villas also offer a more substantial living space for families. Residents can expect open-concept living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, gourmet kitchens, custom Italian cabinetry, dual walk-in-wardrobes, top-of-the line appliances and technology, a glass rain shower and expansive private terraces.

Wellness is at the forefront of Baccarat Residences, as each home also is wired with DARWIN by Delos, a Home Wellness Intelligence Network. Through various technological features, DARWIN can enhance sleep, energy, air quality and overall well being.

Baccarat Residences Brickell will be the sister property to the first residential tower from the brand, Baccarat Residences New York. Exuding the same level of luxury the French company is so revered for, Baccarat Residences will have plenty of nods to the crystal maker’s past. The tower itself is inspired by crystal and will have a chiseled, glass facade to reflect light and the water below. World-famous design firm Meyer Davis hopes to blend 18th century French design and 1930s Art Deco style. Of course, Baccarat crystals will be seen throughout the building, as will the brand’s signature red hue.

“Baccarat Residences Brickell is a perfect storm, combining only the best in architecture, design, services and waterfront location all in one seamless package. We are building off the success of its sister property in Baccarat New York, while making the Miami edition completely site-specific and in-tune with the wants and needs of today’s buyers. There is truly nothing like it on the market.”

In addition to the private, luxury residences, there will also be shared amenity spaces including a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, spa facilities, Clubroom, game room, children’s playroom, wine cellar, business center, private workspaces and more. There will also be a full-service on-demand beauty salon and barber, an on-site pet spa and a riverfront restaurant. It wouldn’t be a Baccarat-branded building without a Grand Salon, a glamorous setting for private events.

“Like New York, Miami is a world-class metropolis with a booming arts and culture scene and interesting mix of neighborhood ecosystems,” says Barry Sternlicht, chairman and CEO of Starwood Capital Group and Chairman of SH Hotels & Resorts. “Recently, the vibrant destination is enjoying what we feel is a sustainable “moment in the sun” due to its global ease of access, a business-friendly political leadership, its favorable tax structure, and healthy lifestyle benefits, all factors that made bringing the Baccarat brand to Miami a no-brainer.”

You might never even have to leave, as there is a pool deck with multiple swimming pools and cabanas. If you do choose to venture out, the tower’s private marina is the perfect place from which to explore the magnificent city of Miami.
